But the new interior of the new freightliners is really nice, they really did a good job with everything, much nicer than the prostar and Kenworth which has not upgraded their interior in many years, still has the same old plain jane interior.
If and when we buy another new truck we will go back with freightliner, screw kenworth and their crappy service, and crappy fuel economy, freightliner has always been much better to us for everything

I'm a skinny guy and even I found the inside of the T600 to be puny. However I regularly pulled above 6 mpg and one time hit 7 in the T600. I was a company driver for Con-way Truckload(formerly CFI) but was acting like an owner operator. Hand calculation too. I never relied on the computer.
-
Screw both. I want me a W900L.

Looks like a bastardization of the T2 hood with the T660's headlights. Look at that wide grill. Not a T660 grill.
Looks dumb without a visor, and it'll suck to be the driver with no way to cut the sun's glare. -
Do you really need a visor if you put the roofline where the visor would be if it was on there? That's how these aero trucks are supposedly designed.
-
I think the front bumper is WAY too small... Put a bigger bumper on it, and I think it will look a little better... Lower bumpers increase MPG's anyway.
-
Key word......... supposedly........
During the summer a drop visor makes it feel like the AC is working twice as good. In the winter when the sun is low in the sky that visor helps to keep the annoying sun out of your eyes all day long. -
???, KW has changed their dash design twice in only a few years. Haven't seen the newer FL's but the older ones needed some improvement, horrible rattle traps.
-
Miss the old flat dash. But the new dash is higher up. But the improvement has been for the better.
