Hey All, Recently passed my CDL A road test and now am looking at several potential companies. I was wondering if you guys have an expeierence with Liberty and if you guys could give me any suggestions between Sysco and Liberty. I have interviews set up with both this coming week but Im trying to do some research lol. I live about 2 hours north of NYC. So I am looking at Liberty's position in New windsor and Sysco in Newburgh.
I know Sysco is Tues- Saturday and starts between 4:30-5:30 at 28.03/ hr at least based on what the recruiter told me. With plenty of OT available.
Any ideas what I should expect from coke? I know its Tues-saturday with a day rate and commision. Is OT plenty or hit or miss?
Thanks in advance!

Ruskii Thanks this. -
I worked for liberty coke , I came out of the Bronx warehouse and we serviced half the Bronx and the whole Manhattan. You get a daily rate plus the commission on whatever cases you deliver plus over time (not really over time ).you have to deliver the product and merchandise and organize the product on most deliveries.
If Sysco is union I would go with them, no merchandising .
If you have any questions just ask, I worked for Coke for 9 years and I have experience doing food service but not with Sysco. -
