I know they wash trucks good but just curious has anyone used them for oil change services?

    If so would you recommend?

I'm headed to California and will be looking to get my oil changed before heading back east, figured I could possibly knock out the wash/polish/oil change with them all in one shot...

If not, any oil change shops you'd recommend around Kingman, Barstow, or Riverside area?

    Thanks

    4mer trucker Thanks this.

I always thought it was 3 sisters. Haven't been there in close to 20 years (not complaining) so I could be wrong.

Little sisters truck wash in Hesperia is the only one I would use and recommend. I do my oil changes. It’s been years but I use little sisters polishing in Barstow.

If you're ever around phoenix there's Danny's big resort on I-10 across from the hook. They have shop an polishing services. They do a decent wash job for just using regular hose pressure. They hand wash it. I had my rims done with a buffer an they did a nice job.

Petro in Kingman is competent wrenches, especially for a PM.

As mentioned in Phoenix, Danny's is definitely a good shop for mechanical.

Washes are hit or miss imho.

Called the Petro in Kingman yesterday 2 see if they had Rotella in stock, lady confirms they have enough for one oil change ( they use bottled Rotella, not bulk ) told her id be in town shortly....

Arrive, check in... It's shift change, so she said, the next crew would get me in shortly... no problem...

2.5 hours go by, I'm sitting in the dirt lot right to the east of the shop with a birds eye view of all Bay doors... I see no mechanics or moment at all the entire time...

It's raining, I dont wanna get wet. Call inside to see if maybe the next shift mechanics all called off or what's going on, hot rod on the phone says NO, I have two mechanics here but I'm waiting for your truck to cool off so they aren't working underneath a hot truck.... Uhhhhhh WTF

I asked him to please repeat as I'm not understanding... I get the same snarky reply... So I hung the phone up. Not gonna waste my breath dealing with people like that, happy it was raining and I called, had I gone inside I might have witnessed the circle jerk going on with the three of them... Obviously they just didn't feel like working, which is fine by me, just let me know right away so I'm not sitting with my thumb up my butt for 2.5 hours...

So no oil change... On a brighter note I did get a 3-axle alignment done today from this place in Fontana,CA... Nice and Profesional folks there. Got me In&Out. Definitely would recommend them for anyone's alignment needs... You just gotta make an appointment.

You have them mixed up. Three sisters is the truck stop with one location (with scale, fuel, restaurant, showers, etc.,) off the same exit you mentioned.
Little sisters are the truck washes with several locations in Cali and AZ (Hesperia, Fontana, Palm Desert, Casa Grande, etc,.)
