For the folks with a Tk,you can get parts from carrier about 30%+ cheaper.
Tripac alternator: TK $331 - carrier $235
Only down side is most have to be ordered and if needed immediately, overnighted.yeah Thanks this. -
A little cheaper if you order parts from Thermo Products in Portland.
In the last year i've had 5 head gaskets, 2 fuel pumps on TK's. Have never had either on Carrier. -
I’ve tried ordering from them, but when I go to check out it says out of stock with 3-4 week wait. That’s on a fuel solenoid.

The one I'm pulling always drinks a little coolant. Have to top it up after a couple of months give or take but it's been a decent unit other than that. It's had a few $500+/- service needs over the years. The random TK service shops I've been to have always done a good job.
