Our company pays its drivers fantastically and no other company offers the home time we do.
We work 3 1/2 - 4 weeks out and get a week off.
I’ve run with both males and females from younger to older and each brings it’s own dynamic and energy to the truck.

Love my company been there almost 10y and most drivers are still my senior

 

We have fridges, the company pays for parking and showers and the only time we shut the truck off is if the customer is indoors, they also pay for hotels on top of layover should that happen.
