Axle overweight ticket

Their scales could of not been calibrated and this could of been used to get money out of you. If you have a scale ticket that says you're legal and they insist you aren't I'd lawyer up.

 

Why I use CAT Scales, I loaded in Marshalltown and scaled out legal, got caught entering Nevada near St George, was tagged for over axle, CAT Paid it, did have to slide my tandems, but no big deal. Axle tickets , just pay them. Your going to spend a grand min on a lawyer.Only a fool would hire a lawyer for a no point ticket.

 

Why would you get a lawyer for, unless the scale was wrong, it'll cost you far more than $150 to hire one in the first place, unless you've got a buddy that's an attorney and will do it for free.
