Won't build air

I need some help with this problem. I have a 2005 freightliner century class s/t Detroit 60 series. I was on my way to pick up a load, then the back of my truck caught on fire ,burning my air lines( it only burnt some of the air lines on the driver rear side.

Now that I have the air lines back connected it won't build air, but it was building air as it should before the fire. I had to get it towed,so is it something they disconnect? Please I need to work without taking it to the freightliner.
