I know, my bank is saying that the TCS email is unregistered, so I have to re-register each time which limits what I can send because its now a new Zelle contact.
I was asking did TCS change the Zelle email address they were using? -
i thaught The limit is set by the bank regardless of whom u sending it to.nikmirbre Thanks this.
-
I believe it is. But, since I have to re register each time, my bank puts $1000 a day limit. I used to send enough to last a month or two until about 3 weeks ago when the bank warned about the Zelle email address being unregistered.Siinman and zinita17601 Thank this.

This is the email I received at 1:26 this afternoon from TCS.
Currently we are experiencing a major system outage. If your account is funded and your card is active it will be able to transact at the pump. Currently, we are unable to post payments to accounts and make changes to accounts and/or cards. We understand the affect this has on your business, our people are working on restoring access to our system as soon as possible. We will send an email notification as soon as our systems is up and running again. -
That is enough to make a person leave. If they funded the accounts for 7 days it would be one thing. But having your own money in the account is to much. I just could not understand that one.GYPSY65, Coffey, 062 and 1 other person Thank this.

Just saw this. Still down as far as I can tell, since yesterday morning. I was able to fuel yesterday because I have some money in my account but I have no idea how much that fuel cost me per gallon, what my discount was or anything like it. I fully expected it to be down only a few hours and it's been almost two days now. I emailed in yesterday and got a quick response but they told me they could not help me with my account (give me fuel prices or really anything).
What company holding thousands of dollars PER customer in a business that relies on fuel has a system outage they can't fix in two days?
This is the first problem I've had with TCS and if it goes on another day it will be my last. -
I forgot who posted this, but they showed discounts similar to TCS. I’ll be calling tomorrow and double check.
