If CRST will hire you, then go for it. It's only temporary. After you complete the contract, you'll have 2 or 3 dozen companies to choose from.

Good, you won't regret it in the long run. It's like basic training; really sucks temporarily, but then it's over and soon drinking and partying in the Orient.

If they already turned you down, don't waste any more time with them.

My question is why haven't they hired you?
You might want to go over questions and answers that you had during conversations, interviews.
It could just be your not presenting yourself in a good manner.
Find someone older or more business oriented and ask for some advice on how to present yourself professionally and project your serious without being aggressive or anything.

Secondly, What is your driving experience and driving record?

Third once all the carriers you listed and others you didn't like werner, western have been tried. You could look at places that start in the warehouse and have a CDL training program to go into.

For example close to me is an ACE hardware distribution center. Relocate, work there sign up for the training.
Sometimes this is a much better environment to learn in. Because you get the benefit of two stages of training.
First is to be an effective yard jockey. Being a good yard jockey will put you worlds ahead when you start training for actual CDL on the road driving.

Not sure if all work exactly like this YT first then CDL but everyone I was affiliated with over the years was.
