I'd like to start a conversation around the best tech tools to help find loads, and track delivery. For example, a lot of times using load boards there is the issue of trusting a new company. How do you cross that barrier? What do you think can be improved? How can we make each delivery route more efficient?

These questions are the foundation for some research for the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. I really look forward to your opinion here on the forum as well as in our survey: http://chicagobooth.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_5C1rcrEWNAMYxOQ&SVID=Prod

    Thanks,

You can do a credit search of the company you are getting the load from. Or contact OOIDA and ask them if they are on the "black list" of brokers.

I use my laptop with a broadband card when I need information on the road. Best way over sitting in the truck stop using the phones with the filthy headsets! Ever since I got my cell phone I stopped having ear infections from these gross arsed drivers who don't know what the wash cloth is used for!
