Passengers in Port?

    Same also holds true with the railroads, any passenger has to be a trainee or coworker and registered with the company, I see drivers occasionally bringing their kids during the summer, and every so often the ramp manager catches it and suspends the driver from ramp access

    They have a form you fill out well the passenger, as long as he has a license. Fill it out and they can go in. Just not drive.

    My wife use to stay in sleeper at port of Oakland and Long Beach. Was there everyweek for years. From Midwest. Never had a problem. But you never know
