I attached my MVR. I also have a couple of minor at fault accidents that don't show up on it somehow. Thanks for any and all advice.
Can I get hired with this record?

Hate to say it but with that kinda record.....not happening is my guess. Im sure china will have a few good suggestions that MIGHT help you out......but the majority are going to have their insurance take one look and hard nope.

What was the "improper equipment - speedometer" ticket?
Did you try telling the cop your speedometer was broken or something?
FYI the failure to appear looks particularly bad IMO. -

Please don't take my comment personally. If I was looking at this DMV I would not hire you. That failure to appear that resulted in a suspension is bad enough, but all of that damage seems to have happened in the space of around 18 months. I would like to see 4 or 5 years go by with nothing more before I would even consider you. Now, does this mean you can't get a CDL? No, as long as you can get a regular driver's license you can get a CDL. Is there a chance you can get hired? You never know, maybe you could find some person so hard up for a driver they might hire you. Can you give us a general idea of your age OP?

Try some non-cdl box truck jobs until some of that stuff drops off.
Some of those are OTR.Which town do you live in, in North Carolina?
