McMaster Carr or go to a napa or Carquest local & get it without waiting.
Replace it with a compression fitting instead of the push lock.

It looks like a threaded quick connect. Can buy them anywhere. Amazon probably cheapest if u can wait for delivery.. If not , try fleet pride or dealership.. Get the brass quick connect while ur at it. The plastic ones always leak eventually

I agree. The ones from the hardware store for plumbling are not DOT approved.
The first trucks I heard of with push to connects were 9 story Fords. There was a campain to replace all of those fittings. Man worked on that for about three weeks. Finished that and asked what is next. Well you did such a great job there is another one parked by the fence. His expression said he must have been pretty close to vested for retirement as he began again.
Those fittings are better now but I am slow to for give. Same with the first push in wheel seals. I only use them if that is the only thing available.

The Parker store has an excellent selection of individual fittings. No sure about price, they said no charge. I had about 5 different fitting sizes. Best to have some extra ferules. Dealer has the good ones, with the raised ridge around the outside. They fit nicely. An assortment of quick connects is nice to have for an emergency. The ones to really have are the 2 sizes that can splice an airline. Not the quick connect, but brass w/ ferules. Along with 3’ of each size. Cheap kit to keep, might come in handy someday at a Scalehouse, shutdown for a minor chafed air line, just cut and connect, making an in-line splice. Trailer air lines dragging? No problem. Lol.

Please don’t be cheap with your fittings, get dot “approved” fittings from NAPA or from Parker. Replace the push on with one that uses an insert and a ferrel, you won’t have a problem with a leak later on.

Wouldn't be a bad idea to put a 45 on it

That hose has a pretty good bend in it
