I have a 2016 Freightliner Cascadia. For some reason the blinker on the back of the trailer on the right side doesn’t work. Brake light works fine but the blinkers don’t. I changed fuses on the truck and nothing. I know it’s not the trailer because it happens on every trailer I hitch onto. Would anybody have any idea what could be the problem? I’m gonna change the electric port connection to the truck and see if maybe a pin is making connections idk. Any advice would be greatly appreciated and helpful.

    thank you

Get a test light an carefully probe the light connector on the truck with the wire disconnected and the right turn signal on. If you find it flashing you need a new wire. If not the wiring issue is deeper in the truck.

Check the relay for trailer right side turn. If that's not it, the contacts inside the cab chassis controller are probably no good. So you'd need a new cab chassis controller.

Seen that movie. $2800 with popcorn.

It's a fuse up front driver side firewall. Check youtube for video.
    Replaced. I think 20fuse.

You know there should be a fuse in the box where the trailer pig tail plugs into the trailer, rather a breaker normally.

Check your truck receptacle or your truck/trailer cord with a test light. Since it follows the truck I'd say that is the most common problem area.

yup, i would start at the trailer plug and work forward after checking fuses.
