Ground to top of fifth wheel 44".

Not if both axles are run off the same leveling valve. All of my Spread axle trailers have all 4 airbags plumbed directly together with the leveling valve only feeding into 1 of them. The 4 bags should always have the same pressure in them.

thats really low
I had thought maybe your wheel was high and therefore carrying your front trailer axle high//
Something is hinkyCAXPT, TripleSix, singlescrewshaker and 1 other person Thank this. -
Sounds like you need to move your 5th wheel forward, correction move your load to the back of the trailer including the dunnage. Dunnage looks like it could be moved rear to help get the load off the drives.

I'll agree there is something off with your axels. No way they should be that far apart on flat ground. I've never seen them much but a couple hundred pounds difference.
CAXPT, D.Tibbitt, cke and 1 other person Thank this. -
Absolutely it can throw off your weights. Needs both axles level. Think how your front axle can be off the ground backing up a small incline.
-
Try to weigh at a cat scale on level ground and see what the difference is.

Something not right with the airlines going from your leveling valve to the axles.
