Do you put a job that lasted 2 months on your resume if you were terminated?

Not a smart move, all companies have to do a 3 year Verification of Employment, if it is not listed then that can cause more problems.

I'm sorry bud, but this information is simply incorrect.

I've had my truck hit not once, but TWICE in truck stop parking lots. One time so hard the truck had to be towed away. In both instances the police came and filled out a police report. Both were at Love's truck stops. Private property. What the police won't do is issue a TICKET because its private property, but they absolutely fill out police reports on private property. In fact, police reports are what the insurance companies use to figure out who was at fault.

You've obviously never been involved in an accident on private property.

Respectfully disagree with 75% of your statement. I have never been involved in an accident on private property but my wife ran thru the drug store here where I live. Instead of hitting the brakes she hit the accelerator and thru the building she went. LOL Maybe a report by the police was made, but she was not issued any type of a citation and not one thing showed up on her DMV record. The whole accident you could say, vanished in thin air on our part. Now, most certainly the insurance company paid for the damage but as far as anyone else ever knowing about it, it didn't happen.

Ok, you said you disagree with 75% of what I said then you said EXACTLY what I said. Exactly what part are you disagreeing with? Because you repeated what I said almost word for word.

Yes, police give police reports for accidents on private property. And as I previously stated, they WON'T issue a ticket for it. I've been there and done this, twice. You haven't. I'm pretty sure my credibility is a little higher on this than yours is.

You are stating that the driver's driving record will show the accident, I am saying it will not. My wife's accident never showed up in any shape or form. The only "bump in the road" is his former employer, if the company never receives a request about this driver, pray tell me how does anyone find out?
. I'm pretty sure my credibility is a little higher on this than yours is." You must be an "egomanic", real smart , right?

It really depends on what you mean by driving record.
While MVR is part of the driving record, so is a CLUE (insurance database) entry.
While on private property it's not on the MVR, it is in CLUE (if there was any insurance claim) so it would be part of the driving record.

So, how can a company discover this accident, if it is not on the man's MVR, other than if his former employer is contacted. I have never heard of "CLUE"

I did a Google search on "CLUE". CLUE Report: What It Is & How To Check For Free,
very informative. Never knew this before. Now, if this driver logs into this link, he can find out if he has anything to worry about. Then he can make his own decision about reporting it on his applications for new job.

Just because you are clue-less (Ok, I'm sorry, I had to. :) ) doesn't mean it's not there.
CLUE is the database insurance companies use to track claims. If insurance is paid out it's listed in CLUE. Every company has to insure the driver, so every driver will be looked at. Even self-insured companies are insured, but they tend to have a high deductible like 1,000,000 dollars.
Point it, when the drivers name is given to the insurance company, the insurance company will look it up and the claim will be seen.

I did a search as you can see, I edited my comment above. Let me say that I, for one, appreciate you revealing this information and prompting me to do a research on "CLUE". Thanks!
