i bet you i'd get fired as soon as the owner of the trailer sees it when i pull into his terminal...

I have seen other companies pull trailers that say werner though. Mostly Muskoka Transport.

wellll, they dont just say werner..they're werner trailers.. ;)

Ya I knew Navajo and DIgby(Orange and White Trks) were owned by he same family and one of the brothers started the Nashville Digby (Green and White). Was a good company to work for just didn't know what happened to them. Had a good run with them, but left for love :) Met a girl who made me a deal if I got off the rd she'd marry me, well not sure what happened but we were married the last 18yrs and I haven't drove a trk in that time.so I guess I made the right choice. Driving OTR was definatly my second love in life. SO I hope to get back to it since this last March I lost my first Love. Thanks all for the info.

Hi There all- This is Jon Digby. We sold to Celadon. My Father is retired now and enjoying his grandkids... I just wanted everyone to know that we miss you all dearly. We were very proud of our drivers and employees at Digby Nashville, and hope all the best in this ever changing industry.
    Have a blessed Holiday!

Hi Jon, I remember you. :)

I started my driving career with Digby in 1995. I think it was about 2007 I went to park at the TA in LaVergne and it was packed so I thought about your training lot across the street from the terminal. I went back there and everything was gone. :biggrin_25521:

So where are you working now? Didn't you all start up Voyager Express after that?

The only Digby picture I have left from school. I might have some more buried somewhere. I'm on the left.

Voyager is my Brother Jeff's company. I'm running Digby transportation which is the non asset group, but I'm itching to run trucks again. I miss the drivers

Hey Jon, I remember you well. My name is David Goldstrom and I came to you all from Greenville South Carolina. You had several drivers at that time. They were out of Greenville. I remember your family as well. I started with Digby of Lavergne In 94. It was my first job trucking, they stayed with you all 4 to 5 years. What a great introduction to the trucking industry you all provided. I am still trucking, 32 years later, and still love it as much as I did the first time I drove off your lot. Johnny Henn was my dispatcher and I’ve only had one other like him. I’ve tried reaching out to you through Navajo, but Was always told they had no information on you. I hope you’re still involved in the trucking industry. I would love to hook up for a cuppa coffee or a sit down meal, my treat. I saw your post from 2013 so just hoping this text reaches you and find y’all well. I look forward to hearing back.
