Dac Fix

I see none of you have ever actually read the FMCSRs on drug testing. There are specific rules that say that they may not report a refusal to test for a pre-hire drug test as a refusal to test, ever.

Victor at dac fix and some of the driver adovcats there-worked for usis (dac reporting) and they know the legal language to use-and shortcuts.

 

I am glad you had a good experience with Zimmy, My experience with him was the assumption that "the customer is always wrong"

 

Has anyone used this service or do you know of anyone who has.

 

I have not used them I did it myself. I asked for my free DAC REPORT and other things. Then when I reviewed my DAC and found 3 things wrong I then disputed this with DAC and now its corrected but 1 and they are adding to what it was. The employer won't budge on the termination so I had them put what the state unemployment said "terminated without just cause". I still don't know why I was terminated for and no one knows why either. They said violating company policy but they don't know what policy is it. NEW RULES THAT THE EMPLOYER DOESN'T TELL THEIR EMPLOYEES OF.

 

so only 2 persons have actually used there service. I called them today and they were not very friendly. Did not want to hear anything without the money first.

 

I used them and I would have had better luck throwing the money out the window driving down the road. At least then I wouldn't have felt so screwed. One really important thing, EVERYTHING THEY PROMISE YOU, from THE AMOUNT IT COSTS TO THE TIME IT TAKES, GET IT IN WRITING! I know I said that "yelling" but it's to get the point across. They lie out their #$$, collect the money, then they will feel you are at their mercy. After all, they've got your money now. Their goal is accomplished. My experience is they lied about almost everything. I asked for a refund MINUS the cost of just getting the dac report (which you can do for free) and they refused. They all but told it my was my fault, and they are right. I paid them, so it certainly is my fault. I went all the way to the BBB with them and BBB offered to go in to arbitration after reviewing everything. BBB charges for that so unfortunately I had to eat the money I paid dacfix and let Victor get away with totally lying and misrepresenting the time frame for their service.

 

Well I decided to try it my self. Sent it out yesterday. My last employer had me as terminated for late delivery. State also said I was terminated with out just cause. If I can get them to add that I will be satisfied.

 

ok so i was at a shipers went in checked in and went to turn around and cliped the bat wing then told my dis there is no way i can back in safely coz the park in lot was to small. plus the lady said to wait on the street it would be four hours befor we could get to you now mind u the street was really only wide for 2 cars so i called my dis and let him know about every thing and told him there was no way to get this truck back in there safely so my dis said i was fired and turn my truck in so i did and now i have a jack knife on my dac and a fireing what do i do would dac fix help me or could i fix it my self. i have been turned down for 2 jobs and the last one siad it was coz of the jack knife i didnt mean to hijack this thread if i did just need a lil help
