I always referenced the shippers invoice/ BOL number on the "company" BOL and if the shipment is "blind" then the "company" invoice is all that the receiver sees. Then both invoices/BOLs are turned in for payment.Last edited: Aug 31, 2022

Went up the road to the trailer shop today to pick up a new 7pin pigtail. Called ahead and they had it sitting on the counter for me when I pulled in.
While I'm getting rung up I hear a door next to me open and someone say my name and "How the hell are ya? Haven't seen you in a long time!"
A guy I worked with about six or so years ago. Didn't really expect I'd bump into him where I did but you know, small world-- especially in an even smaller Valley.Crusader66, Tug Toy, pete781693 and 10 others Thank this. -
Sounds like he was over in Great Falls? I'm about 4 hours west of there in your rock hauling territory.Crusader66, Tug Toy, DeereRunner97 and 9 others Thank this.

No it belongs to the customer as well. It’s shorter and has more ground clearance than my lowboy. For an older wagon it’s pretty handy with those electric / hydraulic ramps.
He has a smaller lowboy that I hauled home for him, and this stiff neck. They are good for his little single axle trucks and the twin screw Mack we are using here.
He told me today he’s looking at selling his other Volvo dumptruck, and turning the Mack into a dumptruck later.
His dad has some health issues that have his left foot messed up, so no clutch for him. This Volvo is his dads toy, it has some automatic transmission that can shift like a standard too or something he said. So it’s user friendly for his condition…..

Looks like one of those awesome places where the residents come out on cell phones taking pictures and wondering who to call about the "loud and obnoxious semi truck on my residential street REEEEEE"Crusader66, Tug Toy, pete781693 and 11 others Thank this. -
Took it like a champ. All up hill from exit 211 to 219. 190-195 water temp not letting off the pedal the whole way up. 800-825 pyro

Sure don't know much about a Volvo or auto trans, but if it keeps the man in the saddle, good enough for me. Glad he can still do some trucking as I'd assume he enjoys it..

I kinda like that little drop deck.
Looks about 40' long or so? Little 17.5" rubber like me..
Sure bet hydraulic ramps help out alot. I don't mind in the fall, & winter, but I heat up quick moving the ramps around when the humidity is up. Loaded from a dock today, but when I drop in WI it will be by ramp. Weather is usually better up there this time of year, so should be no sweat..
Now to fill the rest of the deck before we get there..
New dock bumpers still intact.. lol

Special tool you need to get the barrels and plungers out of the pump. Finally came in after 4 months. The barrels from the electronic pump will work in the mechanical pump. If they're not all scored up they're going in, even if it needs one or 2. That was plenty enough fuel before. If most of em look shot then 13mm it is. Then all you have to do is send it out to get it calibrated.
I'm not gonna bad mouth the guy who built the pump. He definitely woke it up. It was originally off a EM-7 300. If I got that back I'd be happy as hell coming from a 300 but I think he thought we were over estimating how good it pulled before. Apparently the electronic P pumps can put out a ton of fuel. He said it's all in the barrel/plunger configuration. He has one of our cores up there were gonna buy back and then send it back to him to calibrate
Went from 42psi with a 75mm/1.32 to 37 psi swapping in a 1.15 housing since the 1.32 was too big now with it pushing less fuelCrusader66, DeereRunner97, PoleCrusher and 6 others Thank this. -
I'm not seeing any of your pics last few pages. My new redhead hits 1050 pretty easy at 38# of air, but will start to cool at higher rpms as my little turbo runs out of air and the fuel cuts back.Crusader66, Wasted Thyme, FerrissWheel and 7 others Thank this.
