I am currently going threw SAP program. I have been looking threw job postings trying to be proactive. I have found alot of carriers that are "sap friendly" my issue is they want 3 months experience. Is there anyone that will take me now? I would team drive or anything to get the experience. If anyone can give any info I'm open to any ideas.

Yeah, garbage trucks. Wait until its gone from your record, and stop doing drugs.Flat Earth Trucker and Bean Jr. Thank this.

I was not doing drugs. I took a cbd oil that I had no idea had any thc in it. I have 0 plans on using it again. I've seen it will come off my record in 3 years but I have also seen companies say no sap within 5 years. How do they know if you were in a sap if it comes off in 3 years?
-
They have a blacklist. Rig guard or something like that. Not sure if it shows for 3 or 5 but they will ask a previous employer why you are no longer there.
-
OK but I never got employed, I failed for a pre-employment screening.
-
Then I would say what you read, none in 5 years, would not apply to you. It would be none in 3 years.
-
Yeah that's kinda been my strategy this far lol

SAP stands for "Substance Abuse Professional". You have to search the Internet for employers that might consider hiring you. You can try searching the Internet using the term: "second chance trucking company".
Also here are possible lists:

That is recorded in the Clearinghouse. Refusal of a test, failing of a test, and probably any random test results.
