I never did list it. I've never seen an application that asks for accidents more than three years old.Val_Caldera Thanks this.

my state puts all accidents on your record, fault or not. stays on our "immediate record" for 3 years, but we all have a "lifetime" MVR from day 1, when issued our licenses.
most if not ALL applications i have filled out, wanted a 5 year list. some i applied to, wanted a 10 year.
however, if my state only goes back 3 years for the immediate MVR, that's all i can supply them, with a copy of what i pay for, which again, is 3 years. . BUT, i'd still have to list anything for the time period they wanted, then the company would have to call my DMV, and pay for a MVR, for the years they wanted.
that's how it was for me, when i applied for jobs. -
2013, Anniston, Alabama, west side, Army Base. I was fixin' to turn LEFT onto Access road to Base.
I WAITED thru a couple lights (no specific turn light), and when I DID turn, because I didn't see anything approaching, mid turn, WHAMMO, car nailed me. I continued the turn then pulled over as possible and set brakes. Car dude, no lights on vehicle, exceeding speed limit, per Police.
I did NOT approach after collision. I was and am not medically trained.
After event secured/cleared, I delivered to Base.

I NEVER listed such "accident" on any future application as there was NO Listing on MY M.V.R.
It just "went away".MidwestResident and JolliRoger Thank this. -
I’m definitely inclined to agree.Boondock and JolliRoger Thank this.

And then there is the faction that says put down as little as can, be concise and honest, do not volunteer. Two ways to look at it.Val_Caldera, T2012 and Boondock Thank this.

@Val Caldera
You were very fortunate on this one.
God bless every American and their families! God bless the U.S.A.!
The absolute sheer driving force of our national economy - without truck drivers, our entire national economy would come to an absolute standstill - if not outright be dead.

Over the mountains, through the woods, into the valleys, coast to coast, from sea to shining sea - truck drivers can and do go anywhere and everywhere, every day, every night, all year round.Val_Caldera Thanks this. -
The Attorney for the Individual Car Driver sent me an "Official Looking Letter From Alabama" requiring I to do "something" (I do not recall just what) OR ALABAMA was going to, somehow, SUSPEND or REVOKE MY LICENSE.
Owner Of Trucking Company said "Do Not Respond To Letter!!".
Nothing further was heard from Alabama.T2012 Thanks this. -
if, and i say IF the application he filled out said in black and white, (and almost ALL DO) for a 3 year go back, then he should have made note of the accident..
same if it was a 5 year, or a 10 year, go back.
he failed.
pure, plain and simple. so he "lied" on an application.
makes NO difference what each state does, or does NOT put into one's MVR, regarding fault or not..
the employer's application clearly stated in black and white, that information on a standard job application.
when one does not comply with the simplicity of filling out a job application, then one is LYING or HIDING on that application.
argue or debate the issue all anyone wants.
he FAILED....pure, plain and simple. -
LoL. How long ago was May 2019, buddy ?
Take your time. Use your fingers. Point to them with your other fingers. Move your lips.
