    Was the accident your fault?

just because you didn’t get a ticket doesn’t mean it wasn’t your fault.

Craigslist and Facebook have trucking pages. Some drivers with a problem past find job on those.

If a company terminated the driver for an accident, that means the company determined it was preventable by the driver. That puts the driver at fault. If it had been determined a non-preventable, the driver would have probably kept his job.

    well i dunno about that.

i did a short temp gig at the postal service (seasonal for extra money).

we were told in orientation that a driver can be fired if he/she gets into any accident.

    fault, or not...ANY accident.

Be VERY careful in those FB pages, as there are a lot of identity thieves looking to get your PI. Also a lot of foreign-owned and dispatched Chicago companies that you definitely don't need to get tangled up with.

Right, never give out your social security number of copy of cdl, over the internet or just a phone call. I should have added that to my original post.

    Something is fishy...
One wreck won't be a career killer, even for a newbie. Even a roll over, which is about the second worst wreck to get in is not a career killer
