The Smyrna terminal NWA isn't bad to be a road driver at. You will start on the extra board more than likely doing runs back and forth from NWA to ATL which is from Smyrna to Conley to the hub. You may work the dock on the front end and will have to work the dock at the hub as well. We are paid by the mile and for every drop and hook we do as well as get paid to fuel too. It's great to work here but things have slowed down quite a bit but we are still rolling. I would stay away from the road driver position at SWA which is the one off of Moreland. They need drivers to shuttle from SWA to ATL which is only a four mile round trip. You have to do a lot of turns in order to make any money on that one. Good luck to you.
