    All my transmissions and diffs have synthetic in them. Just seems like an expensive oil change in an engine.

    I do use it...but I change filters twice in that interval. When I bought the truck the old feller had been doing it since new.

    I never bought into the synthetic/extended interval thing. Ive seen too much scary stuff in engines from chemical erosion and electrolysis damage.

    Looks like only the one hole is hot. Exhaust valve not rotating, or seating properly?

    O well...no point in fixing what ain't broke I think..my easy breathing isx has gone beyond what most of them have so far.

    My two lessors had a lot of trouble with their ISX’s. One was a CM2250 pump disaster victim. They both have CM870’s that have been to the boys in Laval, and they have fixed geometry turbos. That made engines out of them. They’ll shame a Signature 600 now.
