Who do O/O use for the random drug testing program ?

Ooida has a consortium.

 

There’s hundreds if them. Some look cheaper, but you have to pay more for actual tests. I’d predict ~ 3 tests a year per driver minimum.

 

OOIDA has a system for it. Works good and I use it.

 

I use the CMCI through OOIDA I think its like $140 a year? The OOIDA membership is a separate cost

 

If you see them at the truck show or any of the many other places that they have a set up to give out hat's, then you can get a good amount of money off of your dues??

 

As an owner operator I think ooida is the best $49 you'll ever spend. After you are a member if you renew early you get a discount.

Being a member you have access to different discounts for tires and other things. I got a really good discount when I bought my Steer tires.

When you are an owner operator if you have any question about compliance or permits, or what date you have to file different things or questions about your Authority or if you need someone to do your Authority, they're there to answer any question that you have.

Like I said as an owner operator that's the best money you'll ever spend. They are always there to help you however they can.

They are a great resource for anyone in this business.
