I would've paid double for some BK last night.!

Time I got to Big Chief Fergus falls, joint was locked up. Had some old ranch cheese curds out of the cooler for dinner, & hit the rack..

 

About to have dessert.

 

Trout cooked in grape leaves. For steam, 1/4 cup of white wine, squeeze of lemon, salt and pepper, 2 teaspoons of capers. Wrap up in wet grape leaves to steam over a wood fire. Eat when done. Or bass deep fried in corn meal and buttermilk batter. Yum.

 

95 here . which is nice for us this time of year. feels like fall is coming.

I like trout, the smaller ones imo taste better. I've had some big lake trout before and wasn't a fan
