However the problem arises when we eat more carbs than we require, the body does not just depose of it out the other end which would be great, no all the excess energy consumed is turned into fat and stored on our bodies. This fat is then stored for a rainy day so to speak or a famine which did happen in more primitive times when pickings were slim, these days however we have access to the fridge, pantry, and if that runs out its a quick trip to the supermarket or fast food outlet.Which is why if we were to go back in a time machine some 150 years there would be far less people putting on excess weight.
If we create an artificial famine by reducing how many carbs we eat the body will then have no choice but to chew up that excess weight ( fat) and this is how we lose those extra kg's. To maintain a current weight aim to eat between 100 g - 200 g of carbs per day, to lose weight aim to eat less than < 100 g per day do it gradually i'd aim to reduce carb consumption by 50 g per week till you get to below 100 g per day. Calculate how many carbs your currently eating my guess would be it'd be well above 250 g per day which is why we get those extra kg, if you were doing lots of hard yakka out in the hay fields or a prime athlete then 250 g of carbs per day would be fine, however it you don't do much physical exercise it's a no no. If your carb consumption is currently around 250 g per day then the first goal would be to reduce by 50 g to 200 g per day in the first week, second week aim to eat about 150 g per day and so forth till by the 4 or 5 th week your down to less than < 100 g per day. Pro's about all this will be: your more likely to get hired, less weight to carry around, less risk of diabetes, and overall you will be a lot healthier. -

But yo' big butt ain't one of them. Yes, you CAN be refused for being out of shape, or else cops and lifeguards would have to hire every single person who waddled in the door. -
Wasn't there a thing a while back about Hooter's not wanting to hire people because they were 'out of shape'?

It takes about ten minutes , half an hour tops .
You don’t want to know more about the person you’re handing over the keys to a $300K rig and who Knows , $100k of cargo ?
A trailer load of cigarettes is what ? $2 million street value ?
did this person stiff their last three landlords on the rent ?have they been in court a lot for child support ? Domestic issues with the spouse ? Felony theft ? Armed robbery?
Constantly ranting angrily on Facebook or Reddit or Twitter about something ?
All things that we have found easily, in the simple basic background investigation that costs Nothing except a few minutes on the computer .
$150 for a more in-depth background check will show even more stuff .
one applicant had been married and divorced 7 times .
Uhh, we are Probabaly not gonna offer this person a job . But I guess it all depends on how desperate you are for a employee . -
