We have jb hunt and Schneider available.
You can also look for load out trailers usually get a week to get it where it needs to go but you can load it.
Jb I’d have to go hunt for an empty go make the pick up then if I was booked on another load I’d have to bobtail.
If booked on another jb I could take an empty from delivery if available.
Last one I did they wanted me to bobtail 4 hours to an empty that may or may not be there when I got there.
    No thanks on that one.

Booked the Manchester round trip again for September.
Not a bad route, got it down to an efficient science.

I have been told they help with sway caused by wind gusts.... That was by a guy who had them on his truck...

Freight Guard can do them in if they don't fight bad reports...

I been at Cloud Trucks since February. When I first started it was ok but now it's horrible. It's not the rates that's hurting but the constant decline from brokers.

Freight Guard is killing this company and its going to get worse as they grow with drivers. They should of had someone monitoring Freight Gaurd and try to fight the negative marks. Constant late loads and canceling loads are the top of the list why brokers are refusing to work with us.

With the structure of Cloud Trucks not everyone will be on the same level. So some will be doing ok while others are suffering. So experience will vary. At this point it's just better to get your own authority or lease with someone with better partnerships.

I’ve been lucky so far I guess as no one’s pissed off the brokers I work with.
New load cancellation policy just came out we’ll see if it has any effect.

Been thinking about getting my authority need to do cost benefit analysis and I’d like to have some money in the bank first.
Still running my dedicated run. Holding on to this one for as long as possible.
If I can get a long term deal on it my priority would be to buy another truck and hire someone to switch off with me in this run.

That's a good setup. I want to try the flex lease and see if it's a good fit. I like the app and the fast pay so I will give them a chance when I switch

He’s doing quite well compared to just a few months ago.
Thought for sure it wasn’t going to end well.

    Chirt Thanks this.
