    2017 cascadia evo, parking brake only locks the middle axle, steer and rear just spin free. is that bad

    Never seen that before. Only ever seen park brakes on all the drive axles.

    Well I hope you replaced all the slack adjusters then. If they are that badly out of adjustment they are junk.

    You were right. The problem continues. Now I can confirm is not slack adjuster...I just don't know what next.

    You are right. The problem persist. It holding my wheel from turning freely . The parking brake is alright but the service brake if I hit it, sometimes air comes of the direction is not supposed to come from.
