Had some helmet time this weekend.
The old engine is a model 32 fairbanks morse. It has sat abandoned since 1953. About 8km up an old mining road my streetbike had no business being on.
The other pic is the silversmith power station. It has been continuously operated since 1896. The town of sandon was the 1st town in canada with hydroelectric power. It still operates today.

Escaped Colorado with one new air spring. Shop screwed up and didn't order one on Friday like they said they would, but they sourced one locally and got the job done quickly. Only down side was more expensive because they got it from the KW dealer which I was trying to avoid. Oh well.. Inland Truck will get business from me again if I'm ever in need and near one.

Today's camp sight. Fillmore, UT. Didn't feel like hitting SLC at rush hour.

And the lies my computer tells me. Actually the mpg is not too inaccurate, I've compared to manual calculations.

Exit Salina, go into town, make left on main, that’s 60 (should be first traffic light) that would bring out out at the flying peelot in Scipio.

    or
Same exit, go straight thru town to Gunnison, then take left branch to 28. That brings you out in Nephi. Flying Peelot across the highway, a small pit of a place on the right as well.

    Both cut miles and time.

Wellington is an OK stop on 6.

I'll take those into consideration the next time I'm out this way, which will probably be sometime in the distant future.

My choice in route today had no consideration for distance or time saving. Gonna be home when I intended to be home regardless.
