Food for thought, if you stopped breaking stuff you wouldn't have to keep fixing it.

I have bought quite a few parts from Inland Truck and have been pleased. Every time I have called and asked for a part they had it in stock and usually had the best price if not really competitive. I've never had a bad experience dealing with them.singlescrewshaker, Feedman, Flint1 and 6 others Thank this.

I decided on 22-20-78-95
made it to Riley OR after loading at FT Lewis this morning - headed to Tucson then home
see there was the rub - I was trying to avoid as much of California as possible - I have too much trailer and not enough load.
so I went the extra miles and will skip it all togetherdwells40, singlescrewshaker, LameMule and 12 others Thank this. -
Yeah, the service counter guy was on the ball with being apologetic for his mess up and didn't pull the "oh well, guess we will order in a part over night and not get you rolling till tomorrow" like some other shops would.
Owned up to his mistake and got the job done. Can't complain about that.singlescrewshaker, Feedman, Flint1 and 6 others Thank this. -
Made good time from the east side of Buffalo NY to Stephenville TX. Called Friday to let my delivery know I was en route and to confirm the address and delivery hours. I was told Friday they stay open until 600pm and as long as I didn't show up at 5 minutes before closing time they would unload me. So, this morning I called again to provide a friendly ETA update and I said I would be on-site by 330pm for delivery. Well, that went to crapola real quick because they told me I was already too late to unload today. I said "huh?"
They proceed to tell me that I had to wait until tomorrow morning to unload. Then he sounded upset that I wasn't bringing in more hay after I told him I had 38 round bales on the trailer. He asked why I didn't have 42-45 round bales. I told this guy that his rate wasn't good enough for me to be oversize at 15' 2" and have to buy a permit for every state.
Now I'm hanging out at the Allsups in Stephenville for the night. But, if anyone ever comes through and is hungry give Don Nico's Mexican Restaurant a try. I had the Texas Dinner with 2 x beef enchiladas, rice, beans, chips and salsa and sweet tea for $14.00 and it was excellent. Emma, my server was polite and attentive the whole time as well as the other servers and employees. Great service.singlescrewshaker, Feedman, MartinFromBC and 6 others Thank this. -
Not at all. I have always had a great customer service experience at the locations I have visited. When I need a part they are my first call and then I work down from there if for some reason they don't have what I need in stock.singlescrewshaker, Feedman, PoleCrusher and 4 others Thank this.
