Hey everyone...looking for some help. I've had some issues with Oil Pressure lately. I have a 6NZ CAT C15. I have replaced the Piston Cooling jets when I removed the oil pan and noticed they had broken off. Oil Pressure was great after that for a few weeks running about 60-65PSI on the highway. Now my oil pressure is dropping again and is down near about 50PSI. I know I have to replace the oil cooler and I am doing that this weekend. My question is do you think the bad Oil Cooler could be effecting my Oil Pressure?
Thank you in advance for your help

Don’t think that oil cooler is the problem, generally if there is a problem with the oil cooler , you should be getting oil in the water. One of the tubes has developed a leak, you have more psi in oil system than water system. Could be cooler is partly clogged and the pressure relief valve is opening up too much or the seat in the valve may be scored or relief spring could be broken. But I’m running 3406.

I do have oil in my coolant. That is why I am replacing the cooler as well. I wasn't sure if the oil cooler would also have an effect on the oil pressure.
    Thank you so much
