Looking for team partner

My name is Billy, 58 years old and I'm looking for a driver with at least 4 months experience...I'm experienced so I can help train you..but it is for team driving and a partner in company...driving rotation would be 2 weeks as team, 1 week driving solo and 1 week off every month...we will be lease purchasing a 150k new truck and a 50k trailer..we are purchasing this together...I'm figuring running 2 weeks as team and 1 week solo each gives us a week off to enjoy our life out of truck..
But we can be flexible on that ..I'm negotiable..I'd rather run/partner with someone..male or female that is single and not having those home issues and focused on driving...trucking can and is hard on people with families..so I'd like to avoid that from the start..this is a long term commitment because we want to walk away with a truck and trailer for our sacrifices. The company I want to lease on pays 80% of the load pay and no forced dispatch. I don't like to run east coast or west coast..I'd like to stay in the middle as much as possible..imagine a box atlanta to Houston or Laredo to Kansas city to chicago and back to Atlanta and stay as close to that as possible.
