Yea i woulda probably been there quite awhile.
Was only at the petro for two hours. Woulda been a bit quicker but they only had 1 tech on hand an he had to tear apart a wheel seal before he did my tire.

Sheesh, that's not like that Pilot to be that pitiful. Usually it's about an hour delay for a tire. Those guys felt like collecting the free money I guess.

That's not too uncommon. We've ran it outta edwardsville quite a bit. It does get a little head scratching though when we start going elsewhere for back hauls outta palmyra instead of just getting a load there but it happens occasionally.

I'm on a load to Moberly for 2 am. I left Coke in Denver and went to Imperial for taters. I blew a trailer tire near Rock Port, MO. Got it changed not too long ago. Used the FleetNet for the first time, and they sent Love's to me. It's actually beneficial, the only thing that sucks is how long it takes for them to get to you. Luckily everything worked out. I was 60 miles plus from the Love's in St. Joe's so I decided to try it. I was here 4 plus hours by the time the tire got changed so I'm just gonna do the split and finish these last 3 hrs to Moberly. Afterwards, I have to spend the rest of the weekend at the yard.

A couple of times I've taken a Palmyra out of Edwardsville too. There was one time where i had to go Jonestown....I think that's the name of town and reloaded there to drop at Hershey. They gave some non truck route directions though lol

Yea we found out the hard way about non truck routes in Maryland the other day. I routed us down state routes from pa down to the shipper in Maryland. Was on a main state hwy in Maryland an happened across a d.o.t inspection point. Got a warning for having a 53 footer on the non designated truck route system. Only 48 footers are allowed on most of the md state routes. Cop was an older feller an polite as could be. Gave us a print out guide listing where we're allowed with 53 foot trailers in Maryland. Point is if ya gotta go into Maryland from palmyra area, run down across pa 283 an or 30 to one a those routes that run down into jersey to 95. Then bring 95 down to Maryland to where ya gotta go.

I'm at the yard posted up for a bit here. My next load is going to Florence, SC but I'll be having a rider with me today. He's gotta go recover a truck in Crossville, TN. One of our drivers got arrested last night. She was parked on the ramp and the law told her to move. I was told she got to arguing with the police. Next thing you know, they take her in and they discover weapons in the truck. She'd probably be scotch free had she not argued with the police I guess. Oops. Her bad. That would have been the right time to use personal conveyance lol
