2012 international 8600 ac issues

    Have a 2012 international 8600 with maxxforce 13 ac system goes in and out. Doesn’t have the thermistor’s has two pressure switches. Currently not getting any power at the compressor. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Did you replaced anything? In my case compressor was cutting off while driving sometimes , i went ahead and change the old compressor, filter dryer, low pressure switch and high. Now i have the same problem you have. I don’t know why but there’s no power getting to the ac compressor after i replaced everything. I had to put the freon in the system connecting compressor straight to alternator. Mine is a prostar 2016 with cummins.

    It stopped working for a while, decided to cut it on one day it was blowing cool for a few weeks. Would cut out for a few minutes here or there but now i have no power to the ac compressor.
