Your heading down the road hauling freight! And then you start hearing a rattle in your cab every time you hit a bump. -And your in Arkansas… where is it coming from?!? You can’t figure it out. Your pressing on panels and such. Nothing! You realize you need to focus on the road. So you switch on the cb to drown out the rattle and all you get is some arrogant guy saying,” safety first, highways and byways” and “chopping radios.” After a minute of this you switch off your radio and rather listen to the annoying mysterious rattle.
Ever happen to you

I have heard some new rattles lately and they are driving me insane especially sitting Idle. The steering wheel always rattles if I don't put weight on it.
I have 2 new rattles though, one inside the left of the dash and the 2nd is in the top left corner of the cab behind my head.
I have also heard Gods gift to CB radio lately on the air all the way from Las Cruces New Mexico to 30 miles south of Atlanta GA supposedly bare foot. After a few minutes of him calling folks screw balls, window lickers, its all about the bench, you know who it is, 163 Mud Duck clear and gone. Well it sort of gets repetitive and I have to turn him off. But he literally is the only thing going on so I crack him back on just a little just in case he actually spills one of his little secrets which is very unlikely.
He won't take your radio and fix it if it has a problem.
And I don't know who will. There is literally no one within a 2 hr drive of me that can fix my Stryker 955 and he's closed on Saturday and Sunday. So now I'm studying electronics hoping I can fix my radio one day.
Someone gave me box of non working Cobra 29 LTD's a while back that didn't work and I came out with 1 working so far and used it yesterday in my dump truck after my 955 slowly went silent on me the day before.
I came home and finished fixing a 29 that had a loose wobbly PA/CB Switch and wouldn't transmit.
I put a used switch out of one of the radios that wouldn't even power on and lucky for me that brought Transmit back alive. -
I usually have 2-3 spare radios and mail broken units to a reputable shop. A shop that doesn't intentionally troll the airwaves and block legitimate radio traffic. That douchecanoe must not have much work if he's able to sit there and run his cogholster all day
