Need info on Oakley transportation

Hey everyone. I was wanting to know some info about Oakley Transportation, Tanker side (and maybe their hopper for the seasonal) I found I love driving a tank and was told by another driver I ran across about Oakley and that they paid well, (he claimed 71.cpm I need to confirm if Oakley says the same) and that they offer some more experienced drivers a garuntee, plus the bonuses stated on their recruiting

Now don't get me wrong I love making money but I also have the issue that are they a good company? I don't want to sit there and get yanked around, ignorant ops people or a toxic Driver manager. I like a company that doesn't call me unless I'm late on a load or some issue, I don't want some stalker level safety team or ops getting on my case unless I'm genuinely driving reckless and they would have right to intervene (yes we all know about the invasive safety teams that get on you for following distance of your radar so much as beeps once

Also how are they on miles? Will the places they ship/deliver screw me around? Is there a driver facing camera or only outward? What's passenger or pet policy? Pay? Is there a pay garuntee? Do they do the entire US or just only a certain region/states?(I'm more familiar with Western US driving) how fast are the trucks? How was orientation and how long? Are there any annoyances with orientation? Do they get you a rental car/hotel? Do they allow you to use a CB/install antennas? And is the coax cable there already? Do they give you 34h reset every week?

I also know they have other division, will they expect a tanker driver to take other loads?

I'm definitely hearing good about the money but very skeptical about high pay especially when it usually results in near slave treatment because "they pay you that much"

Hopefully some of y'all who have been with them and done tank/hopper with them can answer some of this, looking forward to some answers and thanks in advanc.

I was talking about the Oakley lake Wales, they do sugar cane/cirtus specifically

 

I was definitely looking at doing their tanker (can't see myself pulling anything else) don't have the pumping experience, I'm pulling tanker now though but I wouldn't want to go somewhere else just to learn the pump then leave immediately, would look really bad I think

Oakley requires hazmat within 90 days of hire according to their recruiting
And I gotta get my passport eventually anyway, but Canada won't take me because I'm not vaccinated

 

I will definitely be doing Canada runs then, certainly don't mind I'd love to see Canada
