Codes
SA 0 /SPN 65302 / FMI 11
OEM fault # P3878
It’s calling for 10 mn parked regen but no luck. I have the OTR diagnostic tool and this is the code that’s coming up.
Any suggestions.

Our mechanics sometimes have to do the forced regen on ours with the computer,if the regular regen won't work.

I have the Otr diagnostics tool that does a forced regen but I believe the fault code is preventing it from doing the forced regen.

Maybe turn the master switch off a few minutes if it has one,or disconnect the batteries ,see if the codes clear.
