I agree Amazon has fallen big time this year. They use to have good loads and a CS team that would fix issues asap. Now, I have done maybe 2 loads for them in the past three months.

Picking up in Peoria......it takes 3, 3, people to come out and seal the trailer......seriously, 3 people. And that's if your load is ready.
