Does anyone work for Challenger flatbed division ？

I think it's safe to say the lack of response is the answer to your query. Either that or you'll need to wait until someone that does fit your query, decides to come on and answer it, but don't hold your breath, it could be fatal.

Challenger was just bought out.
They have or had a wind division
and a heavy haul division.
I personally know nothing about a open deck Western division but I have heard through the grapevine that they were near the middle of the pay scale for novice drivers on vans and were a training company 10 years ago.
Remember I have been "on the beach" since 2017spring.
