You may have to go out with a trainer at training pay again with a new company. For future reference in a situation like that you have 2 options, back to to where your truck is allowed, not always possible, call the local authorities tell them where you are and you got lost and need assistance getting to a turnaround point. I had to use option # 2 once due to a construction zone and the route around led to a residential area. The officers responded got us onto a street that we nosed into, they blocked oncoming traffic so we could back across the street and gave us an escort through a no truck zone so we could get back on the highway. Sometimes the police can assist you in an otherwise difficult situation. A second time I had an issue was when my clutch went out at a very busy intersection where it was unsafe for me to get out and set triangles. I was on my way to the shop as I felt the clutch going that morning, I was literally 2 blocks away when it went out. The police came out and directed traffic, so nobody got injured or in an accident while we waited for the wrecker. Now I am not suggesting that all interactions will go that way but going forward hopefully you will keep in mind there are resources and people that can help you in a jamb. Oh, and some people you interview or talk to are going to talk about how serious what you did is, but out of ear shot they will get a chuckle out of it as it was a rookie mistake and give you a shot. They have seen much, much worse I promise.

The largest nuke ever detonated was the tsar bomb ( 50 megatons ).

That's 3rd degree burns in all directions for only like 60 miles.

That Russian doomsday sub is rumored to have the capability of 100 megaton heads.

How far away does one need to be away from one of those to survive, and what strength sun block would you recommend?
