The PC build thread

Before you think about the monitor...

What's your budget? Add to that, do you have a secondary budget? Some parts may not be available or it might make sense to use part A instead of part B, but cost 40.00 more, etc...
I see editing and such, but what else do you do? Game? Stream? etc...
Is this build going in a truck or is it home use? This will help determine what kind of build to make and peripherals to get.
Are you the type of person who "NEEDS" bleeding edge or do you want a "No fuss" build with last gen parts?
Depending on the answer above, do you like to tinker around with Over clocking or tweaking settings to get max performance or is stability a main focus?

Just a few thoughts before a build is planned
