Walmart Company Drivers play 2nd fiddle

Thought it was going to be great being a Walmart Private Fleet Driver....6 months into it, what is painfully obvious is we play 2nd fiddle to #### contractors. They get the better runs, they're dispatched first, Walmart takes care of their contractors well before they take care of us. The contractors get the best loads, we get whatever the hell is left over. That's driving for Walmart. I just walked out of a DC 5 minutes ago, dressed in my uniform ready to work, but there's nothing for me. On the way out this contractor pulled up in his beat up freightliner, hopped out with his #### shorts sagging to his f****** knees with his hat on sideways.... He gets the good run, I get to go to bed. And as far as that advertisement making six figures here? Please don't believe it, don't quit a good job to come here. The way things are running now, I will make approximately $5,000 less per year then I made at the company I left to come here. I just wish they would have been honest in Laurens. Do you have any idea what it feels like to play second fiddle to f****** Swift ? I do. Welcome to Walmart Private Fleet.
