you wouldnt feel more safer carrying a gun when delivering goods to a gang infested town..have you watched tv lately?? you are probably right about giving just anyone the right, but they should at least let you get a permit by going thru some kinda course or what not..i just know that i would feel much safer with one and i wouldnt shoot someone just because they gave me the finger or whatever!! you have the right to shoot someone if they enter your home, right? isnt your truck your home?

    So.......

Are y'all prepared for every traffic stop to be made at gunpoint because the officers know you have a gun and not know how much of a hairball you are? Maybe you make a wrong move to a jittery cop and get your butt wasted.

Are you really ready to take someone's life? To end all they are and all they ever will be? To take away the possibilities that they might just father a child that winds up being a life-saving surgeon.... or at least a good, loving parent like you? Killing is not a #### video game guys. Killing is FOREVER man. No reset button or do-overs.

You prepared for the nightmares? If you're atall sane you're gonna see that face in your dreams forever. Cops see a shrink after a fatal shooting for a reason. Even soldiers who have killed one-on-one. People who can kill with a shrug are real rare..... we call em Psychopaths.

How about you accidentally take down an innocent bystander in your shootout? Might just be a kid. You ready to deal with that?

No, I'm not a Lib anti-gun nut. But neither am I ready to hand out a leathal weapon to everyone who "thinks" they want one. I would rather arm everyone with a 12 inch Bowie. If you're gonna kill, do it up close and personal so you can watch the life fade out of his eyes and feel, taste and smell his lifeblood on your hands.

Like I was taught years ago; Injure before maim, maim before kill and KILL ONLY BEFORE GOD.

You can look at the Forum " Trucking Industry Regulations" under my thread of " Carrying Firearms in a Truck" and get all the information you need. Please we don't need another massive thread already answered.
