    Wondering WHY other Combo was PARKED ON INTERSTATE. No Details in News Article.
    If "broke down" article should have stated, so maybe Other Unit not broke down and may possibly become responsible.

    The truck pulled in front of the other after parking on the 70mph interstate. DUH?
    That's why you don't park there to begin with. Traffic doesn't allow space for the same idiot parkers to then jump into oncoming traffic. ?

    I didn’t see anything in the story about the driver hitting a vehicle that was pulling back into the travel lane.
    It said “collided with a vehicle that was PARKED“
