Over priced egr cooler

    Can anyone please tell me why 2002-2006 D16 egr coolers are heavily over priced, $2,495-$2,695.
    Why 2007 through 2012 volvo D16 egr coolers are $800-$1,200...
    Infact Detroit, Cummins, Int'l, MX, all engine manufacturers !!
    Please where can I find this part at normal reasonable price.....

    That wasn’t a engine that was ordered by a lot of people in those years .. that also cost Volvo a lot on warranty. Maybe it’s a way of getting some money back..?

    There is no rhyme or reason to any of this not popular enough of an engine for aftermarket availability so stuck with OEM therefore they can charge what they please since there is no other options.
