Why would you still be there?

 

He is still at FCC but he is now working on the Customer side of loads.

 

Truck is still down. Part came in on Thursday but can’t touch the truck until Monday… maybe.

 

Why wouldn't he be?

 

Luckily I was heading to Four Oaks and then swinging down to PU the better half for a few weeks when it started getting worse. So I’m actually at home and not OTR but we were looking forward to three weeks to see how things went.

Matthew just called and let me know it won’t be today and likely not until the end if the week but that they are calling a contact at KW to see if we can get bumped up the priority list a bit.

You’re a brave man to try that. I tried it with my Mrs. It wasn’t for us.

 

Same here with the Mr. I could only stand him on my truck for about a week. Then we’d start bickering.

 

ya, the 8x8 box is so very small. We did it for a couple weeks when I was in a green truck and it went ok. Unfortunately this KW feels so much smaller than my old Volvo. Aren’t room for Me, Myself, and I at the moment.

I’ve been hoping to test the waters a few more times before making a decision but life hasn’t cooperated.

She’s currently between jobs at the moment having opted to step away from her last chaotic situation, so we thought it would be a good time to escape a bit and see how it goes. She is still helping her brother and niece so any big decision will be down the road a bit and that assumes we don’t get too claustrophobic after just a couple weeks.

But our window for doing so is getting rather tight with this dealer visit. We are already over a week into what we thought would be a three week adventure.

I’m getting a bit stir crazy here already and ready to get back OTR soon.
