I sure do hope that if I breakdown and legally park on a shoulder to clear the travel lanes, that the hand of God reaches down, picks up my truck, and moves it to place that is more acceptable for a super trucker to park.

When my truck breaks down I always fix it and move to a safer spot. Then I call a tow truck.

That’s if it’s something that can be fixed. You lose a transmission or certain brake system components and that’s it,the truck isn’t going anywhere and you’ll literally have seconds to get it out of active lanes of travel!

Maybe 1- because the usual shoulder parkers jumping off the "shoulder recovery zone" (shoulder legal term) into oncoming traffic forced the trucks in front of me into the middle lane pushing traffic onto the left shoulder causing a crash which lead me to change lane to miss the motorcycles parked on the inside recovery zone.

    What's your point?

Yes. It says exactly what I'm posting. It's illegal to park unless certain criteria are met.

What it doesn't say, is the part where the trial attorneys during the discovery phase, lead by millionaires in the professional crash investigation business, $$honkhonk$$, find the patters of parking within the ELD GPS system and prove the negligent parking pattern of the accused.
