Oh Pete me as a assistant is a very very bad idea.. Especially if there was audio & video footage .. for a number of reasons
1.... @wore out is much better looking than me
2.... there's a long long list of ..upset law officers, upset women, & jelious husbands that would like a piece of me.. @wore out should not be subject to the wrath of the choices I've made in life.. I've spent 45 years ducking & dodging those obstacles
3..... my social vocabulary is poor to offensive on a good day & I'am very opinionated to say the least
It would be much better if Doc assisted
I'am better off behind the curtain

CB handle "Wild Bill", drove a cabover Diamond T for Pine Bluff Transformer out of Pine Bluff, AR in latter 57.
Wheeled into the big Chevron stop in Colton, CA. Fell out of his big yellow truck and strolled over to a heavily lit and chromed out KW.
Loudly allowed he would like to have have his truck but keep his motor. Snarky question, what kinda motor you got?
Wild Bill sweetly smiled at him and said; a 400 Cummins. When the guys mouth reopened it was to ask. Can I see it?
Cab tilted, group gathering. (Engine had not been out long or very few installed-Kinda rare.)

They were running two conventional Diamond T's with 350's from Pine Bluff in to FLorida. If sitting in Columbus, MS, you let them leave
first, and last time you saw them was when they pulled off the scales headed east. (It don't take lot of transformers to make a scale load.)

It may not be what you wanted or needed but I bet it would be better than what some of the steering wheel holders would bring you in the same situation.

    Dummies in action:
Yesterday morning a driver was trying to hook up to a loaded trailer that had been dropped in the street in front of our plant. I happened to look out through the dock door and smoke was coming off his drives as he tried to force the tractor under the trailer.

The driver then proceeds to the crank for the landing gear. He begins to push and pull and tug and jump on the handle in an effort to raise the trailer higher. After I watch this for about five minutes, I walked out to him and ask him why don’t you put the crank in low gear? The driver looked at me like I was stupid. His comment was I’m just trying to get the job done.

As I walked away he put the crank in low gear and began to crank it which surprisingly made it easier. He then got back into the truck and proceeded to smoke the tires again, as he had not raised the trailer high enough. He then got back out of the truck and began to try cranking the trailer landing gear in the high side. He eventually made two turns and then slammed into the trailer and finally got under it.

I don’t know how long he had been driving but it could not have been very long as he evidently didn’t understand how gears on the landing assembly work. Thankful I did not own the tractor that he was abusing.

I didn't say No ..my friend .. I just think I would be most beneficial behind they curtain... I can give Doc the right tool so things go smooth
    We can make it work
Just use my stage name Chester Cable and my cover is safe
The only kink I foresee is if @Oxbow gets hooched up and calls me out in the comment section if you use a Ytube channel
