2021 Peterbilt 389 Vibration

Hello,
I am across some interesting helpful threads here and I thought I can get some help for the community here.
My issue has been from day 1 of buying the brand new 2021 Pete 2 years back. When I first got it there was major shaking, my gallon of water would shake and spill 1/4 of the gallon if I didn’t have the cap on. It was really bad and I took to peterbilt and they denied the truck had any problems. It went to the dealership twice back when I bought it and both times they changed the ride height and check angles and say it fine. I gave up after arguing with the dealership and took it a private major shop that does collision work and driveline. They found one of rear tires was out of round but all my rims were good, and they found the truck driveline angles was off but otherwise it looked good. We went ahead and fixed all angles to spec and replaced that tire. I noticed a difference up to 50% less vibration. But I still have a constant vibration at all speeds above 40, you feel it more when going up hill, even on a smooth ride in neutral or in gear it still has a vibration. After 11 hours of driving as you can imagine it like your on a vibration machine but instead my whole body is tired. We have checked yokes alignment and u joints, everything checked out. We even got the meritor driveline balanced which helped a little. But the issue is still there, constant vibration, gallon of water still shakes a lot. I can’t figure it out for the life of me, please suggest ideas. Any shops you guys recommend in northern Cali or hell anywhere close to Cali, let me know! It’s beautiful 389 with all the bells and whistles, I don’t wanna go back to a Volvo lol

 

Also one thing is my rear driveline shaft(small one to the rear axle) has awkward angle from the ujoint. I looked at other with 24.5 tires and they look the same and angle dealership says is right. also I don’t know why my truck only has 1 carrier bearing. All other Pete have 2 carrier bearings. For reference look at the drawing I quickly drew up.

2050 torque
565hp Cummins
24.5 tires
Meritor driveline

 

I had new 2013 780 a Volvo before this and I loved it drove it for almost a million miles! I just like Peterbilt look and old school style a little better, nothing against Volvo. I might have to get a new Volvo if I can’t figure this issue out. Let me know if any one has suggestive shops for driveline or vibration experts

Is Chad a person who works for MD alignment? sorry I don’t know. If Chad is really the top expert I’ll take it Kansas City no problem. I’ll do anything to find out the cause.
Also I have disc breaks all around; no drums so that can’t be a issue. I don’t have a dyno around here if you guys know of any shop that does dyno, let me know!
